Our History
Montgomery Martin Contractors was formed in July of 1995.
It was the vision of founder H. Montgomery Martin to create a people-oriented, client-focused company that could provide quality construction services for a reasonable cost. Since 1995, the company has grown into a premier General Contractor / Construction Manager with the majority of our work attained from references and repeat business with our clients.

We establish a partnership with the Owner and Architect at the earliest stages of the construction process. Our initial task is to evaluate project costs as they relate to materials, space and functional needs. We advise our clients of the best means to achieve the most from their construction dollar.

We are professionally staffed with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators and appropriate support staff - including 7 LEED accredited team members. These individuals are charged with achieving the high standard that requires them to be the best at what they do, whether its project management, estimating or field supervision. From preconstruction to project close-out our expertise and professionalism is evident throughout the entire construction process.
