EASTGATE SHOPPING CENTER

MMC has been reworking the contents of an East Memphis shopping center. Where three individual stores once stood is now one new 16,000 square-foot Tuesday Morning store. A 40,000 square-foot Burlington Coat Factory is being relocated from one end of the shopping center to another, leaving behind space for a new tenant. In addition to all of this, MMC is also updating storefront facades with fresh structure and paint, resurfacing the large parking lot, and building two new out-parcels.

Redfish Village is a mixed-use development consisting of 80 residential units, two restaurants, space for 11 retail shops and more than a dozen office suites. The 8 acre site includes two swimming pools, controlled access parking and a boardwalk leading to an observation area. Redfish Village also features many gathering areas including a theater, fitness area, outdoor kitchen and playground.
